Clay Workshops

Please read about our registration policies, refunds, and other conditions before registering.

In these short hands-on clay workshops, you will experience the fun of working with clay. During the first 30 minutes, one of our fabulous instructors will acquaint you with the studio and share a short lesson on how to work with clay. Then you will have time to try out the techniques you have been shown. Your instructor will come around and check in with participants throughout the class!

The last 15 minutes of class time is reserved for clean-up.

We want you to have a great experience creating with clay. The results of what you take home will vary based on personal experience with creative processes and materials.

The workshop fee includes a bisque and glaze firing one of your creations. Our staff will glaze your finished art project with a single glaze of your choice from the RCC glaze selection. Finished items are to be picked up at a later date. We will contact you with a specific date of pickup, usually 3-6 weeks after the date of your event.

Sometimes clay cracks or breaks in the kiln for a variety of reasons outside of our control. In the event that your piece(s) do not make it through the kiln firings, we will contact you and offer a replacement item made by one of the instructors with your original glaze choice.
